#BeBoldForChange – the Gender Gap & Mental Health
This blog post discusses the gender gap in the workforce, its causes, and its impact on mental health, urging individuals to take action and support gender equality by participating in the #BeBoldForChange campaign.

This Wednesday, March 8th, is International Women’s Day… a day created to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievement of women from around the world. It is about encouraging and enacting gender equality in the long run by creating a discussion around it. This year’s theme is focused on the gender gap in the workforce and the campaign seeks to ask people how they will #BeBoldForChange in order to diversify the working world. According to the World Economic Forum, the gender gap will not be closed for another 170 years, unless people actively work to create more change.
