As we navigate the reopening process, it's normal to feel a mix of excitement and anxiety, and it's important to embrace these emotions, reflect, and find ways to process the changes in our routines.

You may be excited to return to the office and also feel anxious about those long boring meetings or you now remember that it was a toxic environment for several reasons.

You may have built a comfortable home, work and life routine and it feels like an upheaval is coming…
