Whether you choose our interactive one-day workshop or prefer the personalized approach of five one-on-one sessions with an experienced counsellor, our program is designed to help you build a strong foundation for your marriage before it even begins.
Our interactive one-day workshop runs on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. You’ll spend the day with an experienced marriage counsellor and other couples in a supportive classroom setting. The workshop includes refreshments, frequent breaks, a comprehensive manual, role-plays, video vignettes, and partner exercises. You’ll share only what you’re comfortable with in the group, ensuring a relaxed and safe learning environment.
If these dates don’t work for you, let us know! We’ll offer additional workshops based on demand.
For couples who have already identified areas they want to work on, our five private one-on-one sessions offer a more personalized approach. These sessions are available on weekdays, evenings, or weekends and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or clustered together. Each session lasts 60-90 minutes, and the package includes five sessions with a licensed marriage counsellor.
